Ingredients

  • 1 large carrot, grated or julienned
  • 1 small green zucchini, grated or julienned
  • 1 small yellow zucchini, grated or julienned
  • 8 Boston lettuce leaves, washed
  • 8 radishes or Oriental radishes thinly sliced
  • 10 thin slices of yellow or red beetroot
  • 400 g of Bio-Bon Inc. veggie pâté

Thai dressing

  • 1 tsp. garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tsp. sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp. grilled sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp. grated ginger root
  • 1 tbsp. soya or tamari sauce
  • ¼ cup oil of your choice
  • ½ cup of sweet rice vinegar

 

Preparation

  • Step 1
    At the bottom of each Boston lettuce leaf, place 50 g of veggie pâté and a little: carrot, green zucchini, grated or julienned yellow zucchini as well as the equivalent of 1 thinly sliced radish or Oriental radish and two beet slices.
  • Step 2
    In a container, combine all the ingredients for the Thai vinaigrette and pour the amount of your choice onto each wrap.
