Bio-Bon Inc. VEGGIE PÂTÉ LETTUCE WRAP

- 1 large carrot, grated or julienned
- 1 small green zucchini, grated or julienned
- 1 small yellow zucchini, grated or julienned
- 8 Boston lettuce leaves, washed
- 8 radishes or Oriental radishes thinly sliced
- 10 thin slices of yellow or red beetroot
- 400 g of Bio-Bon Inc. veggie pâté
- 1 tsp. garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp. grilled sesame oil
- 2 tbsp. grated ginger root
- 1 tbsp. soya or tamari sauce
- ¼ cup oil of your choice
- ½ cup of sweet rice vinegar
At the bottom of each Boston lettuce leaf, place 50 g of veggie pâté and a little: carrot, green zucchini, grated or julienned yellow zucchini as well as the equivalent of 1 thinly sliced radish or Oriental radish and two beet slices.
In a container, combine all the ingredients for the Thai vinaigrette and pour the amount of your choice onto each wrap.
