Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 ml milk
  • 50 ml vegetable oil
  • 100 g of Bio-Bon Veggie pâté cut into coarse pieces
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

Preparation

  • Step 1
    In a bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.
  • Step 2
    In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
  • Step 3
    In the eggs, incorporate the flour and baking powder mixture, milk, vegetable oil and mix well.
  • Step 4
    Add the Bio-Bon Inc. veggie pâté and grated cheese and mix gently.
  • Step 5
    Fill the muffin cups ¾ full and bake about 20 min. in a preheated 350 °F oven.
Serve with fruit jelly or homemade ketchup.
