Bio-Bon Inc. Pears with veggie pâté mousse




  • 2 pears
  • 200 g of Bio-Bon Veggie pâté
  • 1/4 cup 10%, 15% or 35% cream, your choice, or soy cream
  • 1 tsp. pear jelly or jam or chutney of your choice


  • Step 1
    Cut the pears in half and remove the core with a spoon.
  • Step 2
    Mix the veggie pâté and the cream with a mixer.
  • Step 3
    Distribute the mixture in the cavities of the pear halves.
  • Step 4
    Garnish the top of each pear half with pear jam or chutney.
