- 200 g of Bio-Bon Veggie-pâté
- 100 g cooked spinach
- 75 g or ¾ cup grated cheddar cheese
- Phyllo pastry
- ¼ cup melted butter or oil
- Step 1
Combine the first 3 ingredients.
- Step 2
Cut ¼ sheet of phyllo pastry and brush with butter or oil.
- Step 3
Place 40 g (2 tbsp.) of the mixture in the center of one end of the phyllo pastry. Fold the sides towards the centre.
- Step 4
Brush the entire surface again and roll into a small roll.
- Step 5
Place on a cookie sheet.
- Step 6
Bake at 400 °F for 15 minutes.
Serve hot with your favourite sauce accompanied by sautéed vegetables, mashed potatoes or a green salad.
