Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups brown rice flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. oil
  • 200 g of Bio-Bon Veggie pâté

Preparation

  • Step 1
    Sift the flour with the baking powder, salt and pepper.
  • Step 2
    Beat the eggs with the milk and oil, add the sifted flour and stir well. The consistency is that of pancake batter.
  • Step 3
    Cut the veggie-pâté into eight wedges, thread each wedge onto wooden skewers. Flour in a little brown rice flour, then dip them in the dough. Cook in hot 350 °F oil for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve with mayonnaise, fruit jelly, homemade ketchup, or another sauce of your choice sweet, salty or spicy.
